Cerney is an English goat's milk cheese, which has been produced since 1983 in a Costwold village in Gloucestershire. It is a pyramid-shaped cheese, made with raw goat's milk. Cerney is particularly creamy and mild when young and has more character while aging. It is coated with a blend of salt and oak ash.
