Ticklemore is an English goat's cheese, produced by Robin Congdon near Totnes, Devon County. Congdon has been producing original cheeses since the seventies, such as Harbourne Blue and Beenleigh Blue. Moulded in a basket which striates the rind, Ticklemore is in the shape of a flattened shere of 2.3 kg. The aging lasts between two and three months, during that time, the cheeses are turnes every two weeks. The taste is rich but not too strong.
