1 Valençay AOC
4 slices of smoked salmon
2 or 3 sprigs of dill
olive oil, salt, pepper
Mixer Valençay with dill.
Add salt and pepper.
Add a few drops of olive oil.
Mix together.
Spread the mixture over the salmon slices.
... Roll Roll ...
Place one hour in the refrigerator.
Cut the rolls in half.
Serve with a salad.
