A Master of the house Androuet cheese maker will explain all the steps of making cheese until it matures, different cheese families (soft cheeses with flowered rinds, parsley pasta, cooked pressed cheeses etc ...) and origin of the cheese specialties according to their "terroir".
Among the 600 cheese varieties present in France, the cheese master selects, depending on the season, a traditional cheese board, representative of the different regions of France and accompanied by various artisan breads and candied.
This tasting will be accompanied by wines selected for their quality and taste perfectly with these cheeses.
This workshop is organized in two parts, a theoretical part and a tasting party.
