Crowdie

Crowdie is a fresh skimmed cow's  milk cheese, produced in Blariath, Scotland. The production was started up again a few years ago by a farmer of the Highlands. The cheeses are made following the traditional recipe. Crowdie had a big success and is still highly regarded.
