Little Wallop is a recent English goat's milk created in 2007. It is produced by the bassist of Blur, Alex James, with the dairy White Lake Cheese, located in Oxfordshire. The particularity of this cheese is that it is washed in Somerset Cider Brandy and then wrapped in vine leaves. It can be consumed after being matured for three weeks , young, the cheese is creamy and mild. The aging can also be extended to six months, while aging, the vine leaves dry out, the texture gets runny and the rind white/orange. The flavour is stronger with a taste of apple and nut.
