Wealdway

Wealdway is a goat's milk cheese made in east Sussex . It is a fresh cheese and has a mild flavour.

The basic Wealdway is soft and fairly dry in texture, with a mild goat flavour, but because it is eaten young, the cheese also possesses a sharp piquancy.
