Bonchester cheese is a hand-crafted soft cow's milk cheese with a bloomy rind, produced on a farm at Bonchester Bridge, in Scotland. The shape is a thin disk, whose taste and appearance are close to Brie. Bonchester cheese is protected by a PDO. The cows of this region are of the Bonchester race.
