Saint Oswald is one the cheeses produced by Gorsehill Abbey, located in Worcestershire. Oswald was a Benedictine monk, coming from the monastary of Fleury in the Loire Valley who became bishop of Worcester. Saint Oswald is a small rind washed cheese which gains aromas and fruity flavour as it ages. The ripening lasts three months, during that time an orange rind appears. Saint Oswald has won several awards.
