Chantelle

Chantelle is a brand of cheese made with whole, pasteurized, cow's milk. It is an uncooked, pressed cheese, similar to Saint-Paulin, and is made in Illinois. The rind is waxed and coloured red. The pate is soft, malleable and mild.
