Juniper Grove Tumalo

Juniper Grove Tumalo is a raw goat’s milk cheese produced in the region of Redmond in Oregon. This cheese is firm, slightly shiny, with a mild flavour, with a fragrance of herbs and the mountains. It is produced by Pierre Kolish, a former lawyer, who learnt how to make cheese in Normandy, at a Camembert dairy.
