Anfrom

Anfrom is a brand of uncooked, pressed cheese made with pasteurized cow?s milk, similar to Saint-Paulin. It has made industrially by Anco since 1960. Anfrom is shaped into a thick, convex disc. It has a mild flavor with a soft, supple texture.
