This is the signature workshop from Maison Androuet, only available in French except if you are already an existing group.After a quick overview of the world of cheese, you will understand its origins and become an expert on the various cheese families.
A tasting of six cheeses allows you to put what you’ve learned into practice. Wine is served alongside.

Let yourself be guided by an expert cheesemonger, who will introduce you to the origins and heritage of one of gastronomy’s noblest products: cheese. Before the tasting begins, you will enjoy a brief overview of the main cheese families, giving you the knowledge and context needed to fully appreciate the tasting experience.

Wide selection

You will taste six cheeses carefully matured by an Androuet Master Cheesemonger, showcasing a variety of flavours and textures. As the tasting progresses, the intensity of the cheeses gradually builds, taking you on a journey from the most delicate notes to the most powerful expressions.

Wine

Wine is served alongside the cheeses as a complement to the tasting. While it enhances the experience, the focus remains firmly on the cheeses themselves.

Please allow around 2 hours for the experience. Occasionally, the curiosity and questions of participants may extend the session slightly beyond the scheduled time.
