Roves des Garrigues cheese takes its name from the pastures of the Garrigue.The goats graze on aromatic herbs such as thyme, lavender and rosemary. This gives the cheese a rich perfumed aroma, which is completely natural.
There is also an ash-coated version of this cheese.
